• Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
  Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  1. You received the wrong item

  2. You received the wrong size

  3. The product is defective

• Process:

  1. Email us at imaginaryy.scene@gmail.com with your order number, issue and supporting images.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

• Refunds / Replacements:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
