Return & Exchange Policy

At Imaginary Scene, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, you can request an exchange within the eligible period.

Exchange Policy

- We offer exchanges only as the standard return option.

- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Exchange Charges

A ₹149 exchange charge is applicable when the exchange is requested due to:

- Size or fit issues

- Change of preference

- Any other issue or reason attributable to the customer

No exchange charge is applicable when:

- The wrong product was delivered

- The wrong size was delivered

- The product received is defective or damaged

In such cases, Imaginary Scene will arrange the exchange without charging the ₹149 exchange fee.

Exchange Process

Once an exchange request is initiated, the original product will be picked up and returned to Imaginary Scene.

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected before the exchange is processed.

After the product has been received and successfully inspected, we will process and dispatch the exchanged product.

Please note that the exchanged product will be dispatched only after the original product has been received and inspected.

You can raise an exchange request directly through our Easy Returns & Exchanges option on the website.

Refund Requests

Refunds are not offered as a standard return option.

In rare or exceptional circumstances, you may contact us at imaginaryy.scene@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.

All refund requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to approval by Imaginary Scene. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
