  • We accept online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD orders include a ₹50 handling fee.

  • Prepaid payments are preferred for faster processing.

  • Shipping is carried out according to our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for wrong items, wrong sizes, or defective products, as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Customers must email imaginaryy.scene@gmail.com for any eligible return/exchange.
